Until recently my one, true and constant love has been coffee but suddenly I' find myself desiring tea and can't get enough of it.
I'm overwhelmed by the urge to soak my teabag at every opportunity. Or better still; get lost in an osmosis of putting two simple things together to create something so deliciously satisfying it blows my mind.
George Orwell said;
"The pot should be warmed beforehand!"
I would agree and my pot gets hot just thinking about it!
In some countries teapots are fitted with little, dangling baskets under the spout to catch stray leaves. I can think of other uses for these wee baskets and might invent a wee device to keep the sheets clean.
